Moringa Body Reset: Day 4

Get Ready for Liquids Only

 

Welcome to Day 4: By the end of today you’ll be feeling energized and light as a feather! We’re kicking it up a notch and doing a liquid fast. We’re detoxifying the liver and the intestines so you may find yourself going to the restroom a lot today. Or the opposite could happen maybe you feel back up today. It totally depends on your body.

If you’re using the restroom frequently, drink thicker liquids today like smoothies and soups. If you feel like you’re not using the restroom enough, consider drinking more tea-like dandelion root, Moringa Energizing Tea or fresh green juice.

 

 

Today’s Recipes

 

1) Breakfast

Almond Banana Smoothie

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 dates
  • ½ cup of raw almonds
  • ⅕ cups of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Moringa powder
  • 6 ice cubes

 

2) Morning Snack

  • Moringa Green Energy Shot

 

3) Lunch

  • Coconut water: feel free to drink as many as you’d like!

 

4) Dinner

Raw Butternut Squash Soup: Add ingredients to a high-powered blender

  • 1 pound of squash cut up into smaller cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons of turmeric
  • 1.5 cups coconut water (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Juice from 1 medium lemon

 

5) Dessert

Moringa Vegan Ice Cream: Blend, Freeze, Enjoy

  • 2 Bananas, sliced and frozen
  • ½ Cup Raw Cashews, soaked
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Moringa powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Nibs
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
