Liquids Only, Again

 

You’re doing an incredible job cleaning out your intestines and connecting with your body. You should be really proud! Today we are continuing our liquids-only fast. It’s very important you do what’s best for your body. Each and every single body is different, so if you feel like one day of liquids only was enough, then go back to eating raw food again today. But if you’re up for the challenge, let’s continue onto our second (and final!) day of liquids only. Ready?

Today’s Recipes

 

1) Breakfast

Apple Ginger Smoothie

  • 2 cups of Spinach
  • ½ cup of kale
  • 1 inch thick piece of ginger (15 grams)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 slice of avocado
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Moringa powder
  • ⅕ cups of water
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions: Blend until smooth

 

2) Morning Snack

Moringa Vanilla Spice Latte

  • 1 packet or 1/4 cup of Kuli Kuli Organic Moringa Greens & Protein Vanilla*
  • 12 ounces or 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Cardamon
  • Star anise (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Heat 12 ounces (1.5 cups) of coconut milk on stove or microwave
  2. Pour 1 packet of Kuli Kuli Organic Moringa Greens & Protein Vanilla into coconut milk
  3. Stir and bring to a simmer
  4. Add a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of cardamon
  5. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a mug
  6. Pour remainder of mixture into a separate container
  7. Use a milk frother and froth the mixture in the container
  8. Pour froth into the mug
  9. Sprinkle a pinch of spice
  10. Garnish with a star anise (for aroma, optional)
  11. Enjoy!

 

3) Lunch

  • Coconut water: Feel free to drink as many as you’d like

 

4) Afternoon Snack

  • Fresh green juice: Make your own using an online recipe or buy one! Just make sure there’s no added sugar. 

 

5) Dinner

Raw Harvest Soup: Add ingredients to a high-powered blender

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large zucchini, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cups carrots, chopped
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Himalayan crystal salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Moringa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup flax oil or olive oil
