Andrea is a woman from Oakland, CA who changed her health through a raw food diet. A few years back, she developed a reaction to dairy and refined sugars. Painful welts appeared on her face, so she decided to try raw food diet. Cutting out all processed foods and refined sugars made her skin issues disappear, gave her more energy, and a balanced body!

The raw lifestyle can be tricky in terms of getting all the nutrients you need, quickly and conveniently. Andrea started her business, Green Lid, to help solve that problem. Now, she’s partnered with Kuli Kuli to develop the Moringa Body Reset—a 7-day plan that gives you the direction, recipes and encouragement you need to reset your body.

DAY 1

  • Breakfast: A big smoothie, Moringa Green Energy Shot
  • Snack: fruit + a Moringa Superfood Bar
  • Lunch: A massive salad.
  • Dinner: A large bowl of Quinoa Mango Salad

 

DAY 2

  • Breakfast: Almond Banana Smoothie
  • Lunch: Big green salad + Tahini Dressing.
  • Dinner: Big Quinoa Salad

 

DAY 3

  • Breakfast: Smoothie Bowl + Fruit
  • Morning Snack: Moringa Energizing Tea, Almonds, persimmons and dates
  • Lunch: Veggies dipped in Tahini Sauce + Half of an avocado with Himalayan pink sea salt
  • Dinner: Guacamole Green Salad

 

DAY 4

  • Breakfast: almond banana smoothie
  • Lunch: coconut water
  • Afternoon Snack: Fresh Green Juice
  • Dinner: Raw Butternut Squash Soup  
  • Dessert: Moringa Vegan Ice Cream

 

DAY 5

  • Breakfast: Apple Ginger Smoothie
  • Morning Snack: A cup of tea
  • Lunch: Coconut Water
  • Afternoon Snack: Fresh Green Juice
  • Dinner: Raw Harvest Soup
  • Dessert: Chocolate Mousse

 

DAY 6

  • Breakfast: Smoothie bowl + fruit
  • Morning Snack: Moringa Energizing Tea, Almonds,Persimmons and Dates
  • Lunch: Veggies dipped in Tahini Sauce + Half of an Avocado with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • Dinner: Delicious Raw Tacos

DAY 7

  • Breakfast: A big smoothie.
  • Lunch: A massive salad. One big green leafy salad with kale, avocado, tomato, cucumber, carrots and quinoa dressed with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Dinner: A large Rice Bowl.  Brown rice with a big leafy green salad on top.
  • Dessert: Moringa Vegan Ice Cream
