Currently, Emily is completing a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). One step of many in order to become a registered dietitian. When she isn’t studying or working Emily loves to hike, run, experiment in the kitchen and volunteer. Just returning from a summer abroad in Italy, she definitely has caught the travel bug and is planning for future excursions. Living a lifestyle focused on sustainability, fitness, and the benefits of a plant-based diet she hopes to inspire, assist, and educate others.
