Because Moringa is a nutrient dense food it’s easy for me to want to incorporate it into my daily routine. Moringa has iron, calcium, vitamins, and antioxidants like vitamin E and vitamin C. ← All nutrients my body loves. With nutrients, I love that there is a ½ cup serving of vegetables. Most Americans need more fruits and vegetables & Moringa is one way I get a few of m servings in.
Mother Earth Smoothie
I like to keep my mornings fairly simple because I usually don’t make enough time for myself or I prepare breakfast the night before. A go-to recipe of mine is a simple Mother Earth Smoothie. I double smoothie recipes when family visits so they can enjoy a nice nutrient dense smoothie too.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen kiwifruit (diced before freezing)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 packet Moringa Greens & Protein vanilla flavor
Blend all ingredients in a high power blender until smooth and pour into a glass and enjoy!
