Moringa Avocado Hair Mask
If you’re already adding moringa to your daily routine then you are setting yourself up for a great hair day already! If not, well then, what are you waiting for? Moringa isn’t just an inside-job, though. You can also paste it onto your lovely locks to reap some major benefits from the outside, as well!
- 1 tablespoon Kuli Kuli Moringa powder
- ¼ avocado, mashed
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mash everything together with a fork until a nice paste is made (you could even run this in your food processor for a whipped version!). Apply thoroughly to your hair, focusing on the ends. Cover in a shower cap or carefully tie back your hair. Leave it in for about 10 minutes and then rinse clean.
You can use your own shampoo to wash the mask out of your hair, though I love using a combination of baking soda and water to rinse my hair. Depending on your hair it may be a bit oily afterward (though that ain’t a bad thing in the long run) so maybe try this on a weekend.
After this hair mask you will definitely have shiny, soft, lush fill-in-your-adjective-here hair. This combined with the boost of nutrients from chowing down your moringa powder is a winning combination for beautiful hair, for sure!
