You wake up ready for a new day, ready to take on the world. But do you know what would help you feel even better and more efficient during your day? A Spring Strawberry Mango Kuli Kuli smoothie, of course! Just follow these simple five steps to make this smoothie before tackling your day.

Magic Moringa Smoothie Recipe:

1) Add 1 cup coconut milk, 1.5 bananas, 1 mango, and 10 strawberries to a blender. These fruits will load your smoothie with antioxidants and vitamins.

2) Throw in a spoonful of chia seeds. Chia seeds have tons of fiber and omega-3s.  Make sure to buy your chia seeds whole and grind them up just before use to maximize your body’s ability to intake their nutrients.  In many cases you can use a coffee grinder but for smoothies you can also let the blender do the work.

3) To keep yourself full, put in one scoop of your favorite flavor of whey protein. Vanilla is my favorite in this smoothie!

4) Of course, add in your Moringa powder from Kuli Kuli!

5) Blend and enjoy!

Depending on the exact ingredients you add (e.g. if you like different fruits), your smoothie will probably have the following nutritional content: 50 grams carbohydrates, 30 grams protein, 7 grams fat. Feel free to customize to your liking!
