I would use it to help me get over the flu from the weather changing! And of course as my daily dose of moringa!
I’ve was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2016 and it was discovered I was grossly deficient in Iron and Vit D. The drug I take to prevent flare ups also suppresses my immune system so whatever sicknesses my family bring home (colds, flu, etc.,) I am sure to follow. I would use Supergreens to give me an added boost in the morning for stamina. I love the fact that it boosts immunity and helps with anti-aging as I am at that time in my life where I am looking for foods and drinks that help me without adding unnecessary calories or additives. The ease of using this is also a plus!
