Who doesn’t love fruit smoothies? They are easy to whip up in a hurry, are exceptionally versatile, and thankfully, are really difficult to mess up. So this week at Kuli Kuli, we decided to make some of our own but, of course, with the added nutritional power of moringa!

Here’s what we came up with:

Green Moringa Smoothie

Prep & cook time: 5 min.

Servings: 2

1 handful of spinach

4 medium slices of cucumber

1 small bunch of green grapes (about 8 grapes)

1 kiwi (peeled)

½ c fresh squeezed orange juice

1 squeeze of lime

½ T Kuli Kuli moringa powder

1 handful of ice

How to:

1. Place all ingredients in blender.

2. Pulse until smooth in consistency.

3. Pour and enjoy!

Tropical Moringa Smoothie

Prep & cook time: 5 min.

¼ c of freshly chopped pineapple

½ of a small nectarine

⅓ c of mango puree (or ¼ c mango chunks)

⅓ c freshly squeezed orange juice

½ T Kuli Kuli moringa powder

1 handful of ice

Creamy Berry Moringa Smoothie

Prep & cook time: 5 min.

½ c frozen mixed berries

½ c unsweetened almond milk

1 handful of ice

½ c strawberry greek yogurt

½ T Kuli Kuli moringa powder
