Greek Yogurt and Moringa Parfait

A few days ago the Kuli Kuli team was chatting about what we usually eat for breakfast. When Drew, our summer nutrition and sales coordinator, mentioned what he had been eating every morning, I turned green with envy (yes, I am trying to reference moringa here). He described how he makes a greek yogurt and moringa parfait with lots of healthy additions like chia and hemp seeds.

So this week we decided to recreate Drew’s healthy, delicious, and powerful breakfast.


Chia seeds absorb 10x their weight in water, keeping you full all morning.


Hemp seeds provide 5g of protein in only 2 tablespoons while also harnessing the power of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which promote heart health.


Use your favorite granola! We used Nature’s Path Love Crunch Granola in Apple Crumble.


½ cup greek yogurt (any flavor)

½ banana, sliced

¼ cup granola

1T chia seeds

1T hemp seeds

1 ½ teaspoon Kuli Kuli moringa powder



How to:

Pour all ingredients into your favorite bowl, mix, and you’re all set! Or place in a tupperware and bring to work for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
