1 teaspoon it said if this is your first time trying it….. 3 teaspoon if u been using it…
I’m really confused about this recipe. Does it actually call for an entire pineapple in ONE smoothie????? Could you be more specific? I’m wasting a lot of moringa powder experimenting with recipes. I can’t imagine a whole pineapple in one smoothie.
The recipe calls for using the carved out parts of half the pineapple (we apologize that it’s not more specific). The photo at the bottom is the clue since half of the pineapple is still intact. Enjoy!
