At Kuli Kuli, we like to include a dose of moringa into our diets every day so we can feel our best. The recommended daily amount is 10 grams, or about 1 tablespoon. Some of us, and many of our customers enjoy adding our original organic moringa powder to their protein shakes for an extra nutritional kick.
