It’s January, and we all have some sort of new healthy goals for the year. Luckily for you, Kuli Kuli knows that new healthy goals doesn’t mean no ice cream forever. In our dictionary, it just means to find a healthier way to have ice cream. You’ve probably seen nice cream around before, either on Instagram or on blogs- the towering banana based “ice cream” seriously makes us drool! So here it is, a moringa inspired nice cream for the family to enjoy. This recipe is moringa inspired and readapted from WhittyJ’s recipe. Serves 4 in 15 minutes with 2 hours of freezing.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 1/2 Avocados
2 Tablespoons of vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons of honey
1 Tablespoon of Pure Moringa Powder
1/3 Cup of almond milk or other nut milk
1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
Raw Cacao or chocolate chips (Optional)
Shredded Coconut (Optional)
Chia Seeds (Optional)

Directions

Remove avocado pit and scoop avocado into blender. Cut and add in 2 ripe bananas, vanilla extract, honey, nut milk of your choice, yogurt, and Pure Moringa Powder. Blend until smooth and creamy without chunks. Place into a ziploc container or pyrex dish and freeze for 2 hours, until hard.

Serve topped with a sprinkle of chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chia seeds, or anything you’d like.
